SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruders with apporpriate screws, dies and other
auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic, especialy RPVC powder, into pipe,
plate sheet, film and profile, and also modify and pelletize.
The extruders are drived by a DC motor with a thyristor to steplessly regulate. They
are also equipped with overload prtection and stoppage alarms. The screws core
and the outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil, the fuctions
include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
